XDSOFT took part in the “Priborium” forum.

XDSOFT took part in the Priborium industry forum, dedicated to the development of instrumentation, engineering technologies and the industry’s human resources potential.

The forum brought together representatives of industry, IT companies, educational institutions and the professional community. The business programme addressed issues related to import substitution, production development, digitalisation, personnel training and cooperation between business and the educational environment.

Particular attention at the forum was paid to attracting and retaining specialists in the industry, developing specialised education and training engineering personnel.

Elena Kostyrya, a technical writer and mentor, represented XDSOFT as a speaker within the “Track 9. Personnel in the Industry. Problems, Tasks, Solutions” session.

In her presentation, Elena spoke about a systematic approach to attracting and training technical writers in the instrumentation industry. She also addressed the issues of personnel shortages, mentoring, internal training and integrating specialists into development processes.

The presentation generated strong interest among the audience and prompted an active discussion among the forum participants.

The event’s warm and open atmosphere also deserves special mention, as it fostered professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and new connections.
